Join PSI
PSI membership is free. Every new person starts as a supporting member and after at least 12 months of activity can apply for regular membership with voting rights.
Fill in the declaration
Fill in the form — we will generate a ready PDF declaration (in Polish, with the GDPR notice and instructions) that you only need to sign.
Sign and send — choose one way
Sign the PDF with a qualified electronic signature or the Polish trusted profile (podpis zaufany) / e-ID signature (podpis osobisty) and email it to:
A scan of a pen-signed page is not an electronic signature — in that case please post the original.
Signing with the trusted profile: go to gov.pl → “Podpisz dokument elektronicznie” (moj.gov.pl), upload the file, sign and download the signed file.
Print the declaration, sign it by hand and post it to:

Wait for the decision
Deadlines
- 30 days
- The President decides on the declaration within 30 days of receiving it (§ 8(2) of the statute). You will get the decision by email or post.
- 14 days
- You may appeal a refusal to the General Assembly within 14 days of receiving the decision, via the President. The Assembly’s resolution is final (§ 8(5)).
- 12 months
- You can apply for regular membership after at least 12 months as a supporting member, with recommendations from 2 regular members; the President decides within 30 days (§ 8(3)–(4)).
